About Us
Two paths to healing, one shared space.
A sacred space for whole-person healing.
Holistic Wellness Center OC was born from a shared belief: that real healing requires more than one approach. Clinical therapy alone often misses the body and the spirit. Sound healing alone often misses the depth of clinical insight. Together, they make something whole.
Founded by Tracy Reid, LMFT, and Leila Charlton, our center brings together licensed therapists, medical providers, and certified wellness practitioners under one roof — so the people we serve can heal at every level, all in one place.
Tracy Reid
Tracy Reid is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has been serving clients since 2013, bringing together evidence-based psychotherapy with holistic and spiritual approaches to healing. She has advanced training in Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples, shamanic practices through Sandra Ingerman, end-of-life doula care, Reiki Master certification, yoga instruction, and equine-assisted therapy.
Tracy also spent three years working with a Trauma Intervention Program, providing immediate support to individuals and families experiencing severe trauma, crisis, loss, and other life-altering events. This experience gave her a unique understanding of the acute impact of trauma and the importance of compassionate, grounded support during some of life’s most vulnerable moments.
With over 20 years of experience supporting dementia caregivers, Tracy offers a deeply compassionate and integrative perspective on life’s most challenging transitions. She specializes in trauma, attachment wounds, and nervous system healing, blending somatic therapy, cognitive and emotion-focused interventions, vibrational healing, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy to help individuals and couples reconnect with their authentic selves, cultivate resilience, and create lasting transformation.
Outside of her professional work, Tracy is a proud mother of two adult children and finds joy and renewal in nature and adventure. She enjoys snowboarding, hiking, paddle boarding, and spending time outdoors, believing that healing happens not only in the therapy room but also through connection with nature, movement, and meaningful experiences. Her passion is helping others rediscover their authentic selves and create lives rooted in purpose, balance, and wholehearted living.
Leila Charlton
"My journey into healing began with my own transformation… and it led me to my purpose — holding space for others to heal, soften, and return home to themselves."
Each modality Leila offers is a doorway. A way to guide you back into alignment with your own energy, your truth, and your inner peace. She believes we all carry the ability to heal within us — her role is to gently support that awakening.
"I create a safe, nurturing space where you can release, restore, and rise. This work is my heart. It is my devotion."
Lance Bryant
As a licensed nurse with a passion for whole-person healing, Lance has dedicated his career to helping individuals and families navigate some of life's most complex health challenges. With specialized experience in neurodegenerative conditions including Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease, combined with a strong background in clinical nutrition, he takes an integrative approach that addresses not only physical health, but also cognitive wellness, emotional resilience, and overall quality of life.
"My mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-informed care that empowers each client to heal, restore balance, and achieve lasting wellness. Through personalized treatment plans, education, and ongoing support, I strive to help every individual feel seen, understood, and equipped to live with greater vitality and purpose."
